Hayden Hunter Hayden Hunter - younger brother of internet celebrity-turned politician Harrison Hunter - is a 25-year-old guy from the Mid-South who - after losing his big-shot dream job - is working at the local retro video game store in the South side of Oaksport. Socially awkward yet sarcastic and ambitious, Hayden quickly warms up when he's around someone he's comfortable with.

Aziz Nasif Aziz Nasif - sometimes known as "Az" - hails from Britain. He usually wouldn't let you know more about him than that. He seldom talk about how he ended up in the east coast American city of Oaksport. But one thing he will tell you about are the strange discoveries he's made in the city. He has a good heart, despite being a little scatterbrained.

Gabriel Rasgado Gabriel Rasgado has been one of Hayden's closest friends since middle school. They both ended up moving to Oaksport to go to college together, and to this day they are roommates. He's loyal to his friends, as well as the obscure N64 game Glover. He's also somewhat impulsive, as he always seems to be picking up new hyperfixations and getting into strange situations of his own.

Noah Hughes Noah Hughes is a guy. He loves sports, beer, grilling out, and Family Guy. He also cares deeply for his girlfriend Tamara, as well as his roommates Hayden and Gabriel, who are old acquaintances from college.

Tamara Hudson Tamara Hudson is Noah Hughes' girlfriend. She is very sporty and is a killer volleyball player.

Harrison Hunter Harrison Hunter is Hayden's older brother who was the celebrated internet personality The Retro Gaming Asshole in the 2000s and 2010s. He ran the video game-themed bar Main Street Beer N' Games alongside his friend and colleague Joshua Barron, but he stepped down after he became the mayor of Oaksport.

Joshua Barron Joshua Barron was once well-known on the internet as The Disappointed Mid-Atlantic Movie Critic, He had an in-show rivalry with the Retro Gaming Asshole (aka Harrison Hunter). The two became good friends in real life and got together to open Main Street Beer N' Games. After a falling out with Harrison, he began to try to buy off the struggling Oaksport Retro Gaming Emporium from the Dinstuhl family.

Jimmy Hudson Jimmy Hudson is Tamara's father and the current owner of Main Street Beer N' Games.

Bethany Miller Bethany Miller is one of Hayden's co-workers at the Oaksport Retro Gaming Emporium. She mostly gossips with Dylan, another co-worker.

Dylan Wilson Dylan Wilson is another one of Hayden's co-workers at the retro game store.

Debbie Dinstuhl Debbie Dinstuhl is Hayden, Bethany, and Dylan's boss at the Oaksport Retro Gaming Emporium. She is very stern, but is generally pretty nice when you're on her good side. Her father Frank Dinstuhl founded the Emporium in the early 2000s, but after he began to suffer from health problems, Debbie took over as manager.

Ayanna Dunlap Ayanna Dunlap is one of the staff members at Main Street Beer N' Games. She is usually somewhat awkward and shy, but she is best friends with her co-worker Susie. She has a huge collection of cutesy trinkets in her apartment.

Susie Oh Susie Oh is one of the staff members at Main Street Beer N' Games. She is BFFs with her co-worker Ayanna.
